The studio is covered in sprung hardwood floors and an array of floor-to-ceiling mirrors on the walls to assist our clients in movement correction and body focus. Members can take advantage of specific scheduled class times where activities such as Aerobics, Zumba, Salsa, Tango and many more.

Our state-of-the-art Steam bath and Sauna will make you sweat so perspiration carrying the body’s toxins can seep out of the enlarged pores with ease. The body reacts by relaxing sore muscles and improving blood flow.
